Project Overview

About Project

The One Table is a contemporary hairdressing salon that seeks to create a unique, inclusive, and intimate experience for its clients. The salon’s name symbolizes a gathering place, where both customers and stylists are brought together around a single shared purpose—crafting beautiful, personalized looks.

Objective

The client wanted a brand identity that would communicate a sense of connection, comfort, and professionalism, while also standing out in a competitive beauty market. As the lead designer, my task was to develop a cohesive visual identity that encapsulated the salon's philosophy: simplicity, artistry, and community. The project also required designing both the company identity and personal branding dedicated to the owner, Ida.K, reflecting her vision and values within the growing education society she leads.

Colour palette

The color palette features warm beige, soft taupe, and delicate gold to evoke luxury, while deep charcoal adds a touch of sophistication. The combination creates an inviting and elegant atmosphere that balances modern design with timeless appeal.

Typography

The typography for the brand was carefully selected to reflect both elegance and readability, giving the brand a fresh, approachable yet refined look.

Logo Design

The logo needed to be clean, minimal, and versatile across a variety of mediums, from signage to digital platforms. After exploring several concepts, the final logo design incorporated a stylized “one” table icon intertwined with elegant lettering. This dual imagery symbolizes the connection between the stylist and client, as well as the intimate setting of the salon.

Web design

The website needed to complement the new brand identity while offering an intuitive, seamless user experience. The goal was to create a sleek, responsive site that not only provides essential salon information.
